Why this policy exists

Story ads work because they feel real. That is exactly why they must not mislead people. This policy sets out what is not allowed in the app or in ads made with it. It applies to everything you write, upload or make.

Honest advertising

• No fake testimonials presented as real customers. A scripted character in a clearly dramatized story is fine. Claiming an actor or AI character is a real customer is not.
• No false or unproven health, medical, weight-loss or cure claims.
• No false claims about money, income or results.
• No fake news reports, fake official announcements, or ads made to look like a government or well-known brand message.
• No hidden terms, fake prices, or bait-and-switch offers.

Real people, voices and likenesses

• Do not clone or imitate a real person's voice without their clear permission.
• Do not use a real person's face or likeness without their clear permission.
• Do not impersonate any person, brand or organization.
• Do not make content that suggests someone endorses your product when they do not.

Content that is not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report this to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Hate or harassment aimed at people based on who they are.
• Ads for illegal products or services, weapons, illegal drugs, or scams.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Election or political content made to deceive voters.

Using the app fairly

• Do not try to get around credit limits, plan limits or billing.
• Do not share accounts or sign-in codes to let others use a single plan.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe or attack the app or its systems.
• Do not use the app to build a competing service or to train other AI systems.
• Do not resell access to the app without our written agreement.

Platform rules

Every ad platform has its own rules. You must follow them, including any rule to disclose AI-made content, label paid partnerships, or limit ads in certain categories. If a platform rejects your ad, that is between you and the platform.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, block making jobs, suspend an account, or close it. Serious or repeated breaks can lead to closure without notice. Credits used on content that breaks this policy are not returned.
