Plans

• Starter: $37 a month, with 160 credits each month and 20 GB of storage.
• Studio: $97 a month, with 820 credits each month and 50 GB of storage.

Both plans include every part of the app. The difference is how many credits and how much storage you get.

Every new account gets one finished example project so you can see how a story ad comes together.

How credits are used

Credits are used when you make media and run tools in the app. The credit cost of each action is shown in the app before you confirm, so you always know what you are spending.

How far your credits go depends on how long your ads are, how much media you make in the app, and the quality you choose. Using your own voice and footage makes your credits go much further.

Uploading your own voiceovers, images and clips does not use credits, and neither does the chat helper on our site.

Renewal and monthly credits

Your plan renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, and you are charged the plan price for the month ahead.

Plan credits reset at each renewal. Unused plan credits do not roll over.

When you use credits, plan credits are used first and top-up credits after.

Top-ups

• $19 for 150 credits.
• $47 for 380 credits.
• $97 for 800 credits.

Top-ups need an active plan. Top-up credits are added to your balance only after the payment is confirmed. They last 12 months from the date you buy them, and they do not reset each month.

Top-ups are final and non-refundable, like all payments.

When credits run out

Anything that uses credits pauses until you buy a top-up or your plan resets. Your projects and finished videos stay available.

There is never an overage charge, and your balance never goes negative.

If a making job fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. There are no automatic retries, and making something again for a different result uses credits again.

Storage

Your uploads, made media and finished videos count toward your storage: 20 GB on Starter and 50 GB on Studio. If you reach your limit, delete projects you no longer need or move up to Studio to keep adding files.

Changing plans

You can move between Starter and Studio from your account. Moving up takes effect right away with the new monthly credits. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

Cancelling and price changes

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid month. There are no partial refunds. See our refunds and cancellation policy for details.

If we change plan prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

The credit cost of making media can change when the cost of making it changes for us. Credits already in your balance are never taken away when that happens.

Payments are handled by a payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes that apply where you live.
